I operate a strict privacy policy. Personal or business information provided by clients, potential clients, and those making enquiries is treated in total confidence. I do not pass on such information to third parties. I may retain some information purely for my own records.

I may send out speculative marketing e-mails, but never more than one to any recipent unless those recipients request more information. If those recipients become customers then, of course, I will communicate with them as appropraite in order that my business can be carried out effectively.

Please note that I will never attach any files to my inital contact (marketing) e-mails. Should you receive an unexpected e-mail, that appears to be from me, with any attachments then please let me know, and then simply delete it. Most certainly, if you receive any unexpected e-mails from sources you do not recognise, you should treat them as a potential security hazard and delete them - and never open any attachments if you feel unsure about doing so.
